Surface deactivator for concrete paving, particularly recommended for making pea gravel, washed grains, no-skid concrete with a worn and rough appearance. Allows for final fixing of the setting of cement in order to obtain regular reliefs that are proportional to the thickness of the coat applied, protects concrete from desiccation during deactivation, simplifies the preparation of concrete that will later receive a cement screed, thereby giving a larger bonding surface, avoids microfissuring due to repairs.
