Economical bonding agent. Synthetic latex emulsion. Gives fresh mor tars high adherence and allows for substantial reduction of the mixing water. Used for making clean smooth concrete substrates, delicate gluing, cleaning and finishing off and for the rejoining of old and new coverings. Can be used inside or outside.
